How It Works -

  • This vessel can be rented for $635 for a maximum 12 hour rental period from 6am to 6pm. Please call 907.201.0542 to reserve. Valid credit card required, must be over 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.

  • Any client that plans to operate the vessel must have extensive experience operating vessels on northwest coast saltwater, preferably Resurrection Bay, or present a FREE safe boaters certificate from BOAT.US.ORG - http://www.boatus.org/alaska/. Included for the renter/operator is a brief safety and equipment orientation the evening before the rental date.

  • The vessel is designed to seat 4 adult passengers. Vessel performance is premium with 4 passengers or less. The maximum amount of people(adults) allowed onboard is 4. Capacity is 950lbs. It's a 21 foot Aurora aluminum runabout with a soft top to keep you dry and out of the elements. It comes with GPS navigation and depth sounder/fishfinder.

  • The Yamaha F115hp outboard will get you to your destination reliably and efficiently. There is a 35 gallon tank under the deck so you can make it to the tidewater glaciers or the halibut fishing holes. It's equipped with a Yamaha 15hp "kicker" motor for safety purposes.

  • Daily limit for anglers on rental vessels is 2 halibut of ANY size and 6 salmon inside Resurrection Bay. The gear includes 2 halibut rods and 2 salmon rods, landing net, gaff, and various lures, hooks and weights. Two Cannon manual downriggers available upon request at $40/downrigger. It has all the required safety gear and has passed the USCG general safety inspection.

  • The client is responsible for refueling the vessel. If it is not refueled a $50 convenience fee will be charged plus market rate for petroleum.

  • The client is responsible for cleaning the vessel. You can elect to have an agent clean the vessel for $120/hour(1/2 hour minimum). All blood and scales MUST be removed. A minimum $60 cleaning fee will be charged for any conditions that are deemed inadequately sanitized.

  • Clients are absolutely NOT PERMITTED to take the vessel to shore and client assumes all salvage costs associated with onshore activity.
